The website is intended for users who are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Certain products may require the purchaser or recipient to be older than 21, including handgun ammunition and other regulated products. By using the website or placing an order, you represent that you satisfy all applicable age, legal eligibility, and residency requirements for the products you order. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, receipt, transportation, storage, and use of any product ordered from us. We may refuse, cancel, delay, or restrict any order when we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, inventory management, or business reasons.

3. Firearms, Ammunition, and Regulated Products

All firearms, ammunition, magazines, receivers, components, and other regulated or restricted products are sold only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. Some items listed on the website may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Product availability on the website does not mean the product may lawfully be sold, shipped, transferred, possessed, or used in every location. Firearms may be transferred only through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or through another lawful transfer process required by applicable law.

A firearm order is not complete until all legally required transfer steps have been satisfied. If a background check, identification verification, transfer process, or other legal requirement cannot be completed, we may cancel the order and apply any lawful fees, shipping charges, restocking charges, transfer charges, or other costs associated with the transaction. You agree that you will not place an order for any product if you are prohibited by law from purchasing, receiving, possessing, or using that product. You also agree that you will not provide false, incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information in connection with any order, transfer, account, form, communication, or legal compliance process.

4. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

We try to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability, specifications, and other information. However, errors may occur. Product images may be representative and may not show the exact item, packaging, accessories, finish, markings, or configuration. You should review the manufacturer description and confirm important details before purchase. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect availability, or with incorrect product information, we may cancel the order even if the order was submitted and payment was authorized.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not mean we have accepted the order. Order acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order, process the transaction, and determine that the order may lawfully and practically be fulfilled. We may require additional information before processing or shipping an order. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, legal restrictions, payment issues, mismatched billing and shipping information, inventory errors, pricing errors, inability to verify information, transfer complications, carrier limitations, or other business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund as appropriate, less any non-refundable charges permitted by law and disclosed in our policies.

6. Payment, Taxes, and Fraud Prevention

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order, including product charges, shipping, handling, taxes, fees, and any other disclosed charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, and other taxes associated with your order, except taxes based on our income. Orders with mismatched billing, shipping, customer, or payment information may be delayed, reviewed, or cancelled as part of our fraud prevention process.
